Machine Operator

Staffmax is helping our client hire a skilled Machine Operator for a 5-month contract. This role is essential to production operations and is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with strong attention to detail.

Contract Length: 5 Months
Location: Vancouver, BC

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate manufacturing or packaging machinery efficiently and safely

· Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

· Inspect finished products for quality control

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

· Keep work area clean and organized

· Complete production documentation and shift reports

· Follow health, safety, and operational procedures

Requirements:

· Previous experience operating industrial or production machinery

· Mechanically inclined with basic problem-solving skills

· Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

· Safety-conscious and able to follow SOPs

· Punctual, reliable, and a team player
