GemOro is a locally owned and operated luxury watch and jewellery store in Edmonton, AB. We are seeking an enthusiastic, full-time sales representative to join our growing sales team. The sales representative should have a strong understanding of a sales process, excelling at generating leads, works well in teams and building customer relationships. The ideal candidate also should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and be self-motivated. In our industry, it is essential that our sales representative be personable and professional.

Objectives of this Role

• Represent our company’s products and services
• Provide prompt, professional and superior customer service
• Generate new leads and build relationships with customers
• Good team work
• Handle customer inquiries and repairs
• Process sales transactions and special order requests
• Participate in brand trainings and continue to grow knowledge of products
• Opening and closing store duties
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
