About the opportunity

The Performance, Projects and Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Foundation by defining performance measures to support and driving strategic planning and project management, along with delivering clear business intelligence reporting to inform decisions and track progress. This role leads the development and implementation of our project management methodology and reporting processes across the Foundation.

You will gather, analyse, and present data to support decision-making and continuous improvement across programs and services. Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior management, you’ll ensure timely reporting on progress, outcomes, and compliance, while helping develop systems and tools that improve project performance, evaluation, and accountability.

This role also plans, coordinates, and delivers meaningful reporting for the Board, Executive, and sub-committees.
