Job descriptionSupport teams in defining processes that must be reproducible across all teams Document and propose reusable templates for the operational processes of multiple software solutions Research existing information or gather this information from multiple stakeholders Identify inefficiencies and propose continuous improvements Adapt ITIL processes to make them lighter and compatible with agile cycles Ensure that changes are well documented and validated without slowing down agile deliveries Coordinate the work of your team and help establish a climate of trust conducive to achieving objectives Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT department Solid experience in defining and implementing processes Experience in a context of technological change Concrete experience in complex and political environments Concrete experience in the implementation of complex solutions, ideally between different organizations Significant experience in ITIL environments Good understanding of change management principles Ability to work in ambiguous situations, identify sticking points, and escalate them Ability to approach people, pose clear problems, and get people to determine a solution Ability to draft formal documents and processes such as RACI, support models, service offerings, life cycles, etc. Demonstrate synthesis skills in communications with executives (impactful messages, simplified to the appropriate level and that give meaning to the vision expressed). Cobit knowledge (asset) Experience in a DevOps environment and SAFe Agile methodologies (asset) Hybride : 6 jours au bureau / mois Accompagner les équipes dans la définition des processus, qui doivent être reproductibles dans toutes les équipes Documenter et proposer des gabarits réutilisables pour les processus d'exploitation de multiples solutions logicielles Rechercher l'information existante ou récolter cette information auprès de multiples parties prenantes Identifier les inefficacités et proposer des améliorations continues Adapter les processus ITIL pour qu’ils soient plus légers et compatibles avec les cycles agiles Assurer que les changements sont bien documentés et validés sans ralentir les livraisons agiles Coordonner les travaux de votre équipe de travail et contribuez à établir un climat de confiance favorable à l’atteinte des objectifs BAC en informatique, ou l'équivalent 5+ années d’expérience pertinente dans un service informatique Solide expérience en définition et implantation de processus Expérience dans un contexte de changements technologiques Expérience concrète dans des environnements complexes et politiques Expérience concrète dans le passage en exploitation de solutions complexes et idéalement entre différentes organisations Expérience significative en environnements ITIL Bonne compréhension des principes de gestion de changements Capacité de travailler dans l'ambiguïté, à identifier les points bloquants et à les remonter Capacité à aller vers les gens, poser des problèmes clairs et amener les gens à déterminer une solution Savoir rédiger des documents et processus formels type RACI, modèle de support, offre de service, cycle de vie etc Démontrer des habiletés de synthèse dans les communications avec l'exécutif (messages d'impact, vulgarisés au niveau approprié et qui donnent un sens à la vision exprimée). Connaissances Cobit (atout) Expérience dans un environnement DevOps et de méthodologies Agiles SAFe (atout)
