Director of Marketing Carmens Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Marketing to join our Head Office team! You will be the driving force behind marketing strategies to increase revenue, customer engagement and brand reputation across all Carmens Group brands. You will also be responsible for achieving customer goals, developing distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, formulating innovative business development strategies and providing vision for all marketing strategies and their execution. Our Awards : Great Place to Work Certified Best Employers in Canada, 2024 Best Workplaces for Mental Illness, 2024 Best Workplaces for Women, 2024 Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams, 2023 Best Workplaces in Retail & Hospitality, 2023 Your Opportunities : Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan that includes management of all venue brand channels Create marketing materials and campaigns that convert to quality leads for the sales department Work with the General Managers to create the annual marketing calendars for each venue, ensuring proper publicity / social media campaigns related to key Company events Create marketing campaigns for new products, services and select promotions including budgeting and expenditure planning Collect, analyze and report on data related to KPIs for the department including event inquiries, quality leads, website health, customer metrics and ROI from campaign spends Conduct market analysis, staying up to date with trends and new market segments Design and create all customer facing Company collateral Maximize website performance and digital assets including email databases and followers Responsible for planning and monitoring the marketing budget Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency in execution across public facing collateral by establishing SOPs, conducting training and performing audits Oversee all community relations initiatives in support of the CEO and COO Manage the workflow of the marketing requests, ensure all team members are optimized and working towards departmental deliverables Develop, manage and nurture new partnerships in order to drive profitability Promote and live the purpose, vision and values of the Carmens Group both internally and externally Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Additional post-secondary education / courses related to hospitality are considered an asset. 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in a senior management capacity. 5 to 10 years’ experience in marketing required. Strong financial acumen. Demonstrated success over an extended period of time in developing and executing Marketing strategies to drive sales. Resourceful and resilient, possessing a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, loyalty, and a strong commitment to achievement and client satisfaction. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, web analytics, and social media channels. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal. Strong work ethic, team oriented, positive, and energetic with a great sense of humour.
