YOUR ROLE

• Assess the patients' health status and provide appropriate care throughout the transfer, adhering to medical protocols and taking into account their

• needs and wishes.

• Ensure the planning of aeromedical transports by coordinating each step of the transfer, including medical care and both land and air transport.

• Maintain smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders (flight coordination, medical team, hospitals, ambulance staff, etc.) to ensure accurate follow-up and optimal patient care.

• Apply and adhere to the current procedures and policies while ensuring a quality service centered around the patient.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Experienced nurse, licensed with the OIIQ, with at least 2 years of critical care or emergency experience.

• CAMATA certification? A plus — and if you don’t have it, we’ll offer the training!

• Bilingual (French/English) and comfortable in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.

• Excellent skills in planning, communication, collaboration, and quick decision-making.

• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on safety and patient well-being.

• Knowledge of Indigenous communities is an asset!
