Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition at Wesco
Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven Analyst to support Sales Operations and Inventory initiatives within our utility business for Canada! As an Analyst - Sales Operations, you will blend sales analytics, inventory analytics, and system expertise to help drive strategic decision‑making and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing large sales and performance datasets specific to Sourcing, Catalog, Supplier, Inventory and Project Management. You will be responsible for providing analytical support to sales leaders throughout the assigned Business Unit(s). This position is designated as hybrid for candidates local to the home office. Remote work arrangements may be considered for non‑local applicants whose experience aligns with role requirements.

Compensation Details : $60,423 - $78,550 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
