What You'll Do

You’ll have the fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in our clients’ lives, providing short‑term counselling when they need support most. Our technology tools will enable you to reduce your administrative tasks so you can focus on what truly matters: fostering meaningful human connections. You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base. How You Will Make an Impact

• Adapt your interventions to fit your personal style, providing short‑term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues, through phone and video sessions
• Efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking
• Participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged

What you bring

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field
• Are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ
• Possess at least five years of clinical experience
• Can set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach
• Are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high‑risk situations
• Have strong time‑management skills and can manage a high volume of clients
• Have access to a confidential workspace
• Proficiency in French required; bilingualism is an asset
