The Opportunity :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of National Lead for the PerCuro Network, a subsidiary of Sentrex Health Solutions.
The National Lead for the Percuro Network will oversee and manage the operational, strategic, and clinical aspects of the nationwide network of infusion clinics.
The role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, driving operational efficiency, and leading the network’s growth and development.
The National Lead will play a crucial role in the strategic development of PerCuro, working closely with the executive team at Sentrex Health Solutions.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here) :
- Collaborate on business plans, set business and personal objectives, and lead implementation on clinical strategic priorities, including informing process flows, budgeting, resource allocation, and productivity-tracking and improvements.
- Deliver national budgets including unit forecasts and operational costs.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions.
- Make recommendations for the development of long-term strategies.
- Manage nursing infusion operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical support to our national treatment / infusion network.
- Develop new operating policies & procedures / guidelines with frontline team members and leaders to ensure new programs are executed safely and compliantly.
- Ensures staffing levels are maintained in all clinics and is responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding, including training, of new staff.
- Ensure knowledge of general healthcare and nursing care practices is current to develop and ensure training and education align with best care practices.
- Collaborate and empower nurses in professional growth to ensure a high-performance network of nurses that meet deliverables in a compliant manner which will translate into the best patient care possible.
- Ensure that any stakeholder escalations are managed appropriately and to the client’s satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain ongoing evaluation of program strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations for operations changes and assist in their execution through a robust change management process.
- Participate in advocacy initiatives regionally and nationally that drive awareness for improved models of care.
- Participate in national initiatives to increase awareness of patient management and strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
- Responsible for talent management, team motivation, and career development strategies
- Additional duties as determined by manager.
What you need to ensure you are set up for success :
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or equivalent experience is required.
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- 5 years of specialty pharmacy industry experience with experience in clinic infusion and private practice operations.
- Patient support program knowledge is relevant.
- 7-10 years or more experience in leading nurses.
- A valid driver’s license to travel as required.
- Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget.
- Strong customer / client management background.
- Exceptional Leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and manage change as well as coach and mentor a team of professionals.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through to implementation.
- Proven conceptual and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of new concept development for various projects.
- Proactive risk management with ability to propose solutions and deliver appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with impact to provide appropriate context, articulate views, drive clarity, and address barriers to progress program development.
- Effective organizational agility : ability to manage through change and lead by example.
- Effective ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize projects.
- Critical thinking skills, creative and innovative solutions.
