You possess a sharp mind and and are ready to undertake a variety of responsibilities and activities within the company that will include various office duties, marketing and sales support tasks. You live in and around Montreal and are ready to travel and participate in industry fairs (in Canada, USA and possibly internationally) and help promote our company and products (in French and English) with panache. The selected candidate will initially have the following responsibilities: * Provide customer support to our north American and International clients; * Perform order entry; * Coordinate incoming and outgoing local and international shipments; * Manage and be responsible for the company's Amazon account (promotions, inventory, deliveries, deadlines). * Manage inventories; * Provide support to various functions in the company (you should be able to switch hats quickly) including sales and marketing support and various administrative tasks; * Be responsible for coordinating local and international fairs and participate as needed in various trade fairs and industry events; * Update and maintain various databases; * Be involved as part of the team in various aspects of product development. The ideal candidate: * Is fully bilingual FR/ENG (speaking and writing - Need to correspond with Int'l customers); * Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Is highly organized and meticulous; * Can easily adapt to changing and evolving responsibilities and work in entrepreneurial environment * Can keep and follow up on deadlines; * Has good knowledge of MS Office Suite; * Be a highly functioning member of a team; * Is ready and is available to travel out of province and possibly internationally * Is comfortable in an open office environment; * Possessing a driver's license will be a plus. ** We thank you for sending in your candidacy. Le candidat(e) choisi sera responsable des tâches suivantes : * Apporter une aide et une collaboration directe à l'équipe dans ses activités quotidiennes et assurer la logistique entourant le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise ; * Prendre en charge toutes les activités administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des opérations, de la gestion des inventaires, à l'entrée de commandes, à la coordination des expéditions (entrants et sortants) ; * Offrir un support aux ventes et au marketing et effectuer des suivis auprès des clients nord-américains ainsi qu'internationaux de l'entreprise ; * Gérer les comptes Amazon de la compagnie (inventaires, promotions, livraisons, marketing...) * Participer à des séances de testage de jeux, évaluer le potentiel de ceux-ci et prendre en charge certains aspects de la production; * Participer à divers salons/expositions et présenter les différents jeux aux visiteurs ; * Maintenir à jour les divers bases de données de l'entreprise. Qualités et compétences requises : * Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle ; * Excellentes habilités d'organisation, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles ; * Maîtrise parfaite des langues française et anglaise (oral et écrit) ; * Habileté à travailler selon des échéanciers et à s'adapter aux changements ; * Approche proactive ; * Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) ; * Être passioné(e) des jeux et des jouets est un atout ; * Être à l'aise dans un environnement de bureau à aire ouverte ; * Soucieux du détail ; * Prêt(e) à voyager au besoin ; * Avoir un permis de conduire est un atout. ** Si vous décidez de faire parvenir votre candidature, en vous remercie.
