Job description

Qualities :

  • Seasoned solution architect who has experience in designing enterprise-scale applications.
  • Modern architecture, security, and integration patterns, e.g. Microservice, event-driven, domain-driven design, Oauth, Cloud native concepts.
  • Java, Spring / Springboot background, not required to code but needs to be hands-on, able to navigate code and conduct code reviews.
  • Fluent in communication. Able to articulate technical ideas to both technology and business audiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills : Need to handle management, business, and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to coach and guide the development team throughout the implementation cycle of the solution.

Expectations :

  • Lead and own end to end solution for Digital Technology, from frontend to backend, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency.
  • Support the rest of the technology teams throughout the project life cycle in understanding the solution.
  • Be an active player in the consultant community, maintaining consistency across the platform, and adopting best practices.

    • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience.
