Job Summary
Responsible for being the first point of contact at 150 Signet for the company by greeting and directing all visitors to the organization.
Answers all incoming telephone calls.
Job Responsibilities
Greets visitors - and maintains building security by requiring all visitors to sign in and out ensuring visitor’s badges are worn.
Answers telephone and routes all incoming calls promptly.
- Directs any potential job applicant that may arrive the procedure for submitting and applying to Apotex through website.
- Arranges for taxi pick-up as required
- Assists with the maintenance of telephone list on internal call directory.
- Arranges for couriers and pick-ups as required.
- Follows reception guidelines.
- Assists in maintaining the electronic visitor management system and supplies for all GTA units, run reports as requested.
- Assist the Property Management team with administrative duties Process all Signet campus vehicle sticker requests and enters into SAPProcesses all Signet campus personal protective equipment requests / maintains database.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.

Job Requirements
- Education High School diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Computer skills, such as Word, Excel and Email requiredSAP an assetExcellent written and verbal communication requiredAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work in a team environment
- Experience Previous experience with a busy switchboard requiredPrevious customer service experience requiredMinimum 2 years’ experience required
