Overview

We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage and grow our Personal Insurance customer experience team in the Aurora office, Central Ontario region. This is a permanent, full‑time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead highly engaged teams across multiple locations.
  • Drive growth and deliver superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand awareness in the Territory.
  • Recruit, staff, coach, and develop team members, including succession planning.
  • Implement engagement action plans and motivate staff to meet company objectives.
  • Ensure quality of service meets expected standards and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key insurance partners.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
  • Track record of leading engaged teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience leading in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • College or university degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • RIBO license preferred.
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
