Overview
We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage and grow our Personal Insurance customer experience team in the Aurora office, Central Ontario region. This is a permanent, full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead highly engaged teams across multiple locations.
- Drive growth and deliver superior customer experience.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to develop and execute business strategies.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand awareness in the Territory.
- Recruit, staff, coach, and develop team members, including succession planning.
- Implement engagement action plans and motivate staff to meet company objectives.
- Ensure quality of service meets expected standards and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with key insurance partners.
Qualifications
Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.Track record of leading engaged teams across multiple locations.Experience leading in a hybrid environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.College or university degree in a related field or equivalent experience.RIBO license preferred.Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Willingness to travel within the region as needed.Perks & Benefits
