What You'll Do :

  • Engage with customers : Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
  • Process and coordinate orders : Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery, and collaborate with our machine shop and other facilities to ensure timely manufacturing and expedition.
  • Perform technical and sales support : Provide technical and non-technical assistance regarding product use, operation, and maintenance to customers and team members.
  • Take ownership of tasks : Enter orders and quotes in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups / analyses, and see tasks through to completion with accountability.
  • Comprehensive training : Participate in an extensive hands-on training program designed to prepare you for success.

  • Experience : 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

    • Your Schedule :

  • Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
