Organizational Change Manager - Customer Experience (CX)

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an OCM for a 6 month contract in Edmonton AB (preferred).

Organizational Change Manager Job Details CX digital technology roadmap to complete the following deliverables :

  • OCM Strategy : Applying organizational change methodologies and considering ATCO branding & communication principles, the OCM will be expected to develop and implement an overall strategy to communicate changes to internal / external users regarding CX digital technology enhancements. The OCM strategy will be used as the governing model for change adoption within CX and will include the development and execution of communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Communication Plan : Define internal / external audiences and develop / execute an ongoing communication plan to communicate changes regarding CX digital technology enhancements.
  • Training Plan : Confirm audiences and develop / execute an ongoing training plan the uses existing learning portals and is enhanced with the development of short videos and job aides as required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Plan : Confirm internal / external stakeholders and identify / execute plans to enhance participation of supporters and gain trust of detractors.
  • Analytics : Establish adoption KPIs and survey touch points with internal users to capture overall sentiment with delivery of changes and identify opportunities to continuously improve the change adoption approach.
  • Reporting : Provide updates to CXT program team as required to identify deliverable status, internal user sentiment to changes, and identify stakeholder detractors / mitigation plans.
  • Interdependent Programs / Deliverables : Coordinate with associated program teams and external communication groups to identify interdependencies and support activities as required.

Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities

  • Organizational change and / or project manager professional with a demonstrated ability to use common methodology, tools, and techniques to develop and document the governing approach to managing implementation of new initiatives from awareness to final execution stages.
  • Previous involvement with leading business transformation initiatives.
  • Delivering in alignment with overall CXT Program vision and customer strategy.
  • Engage cross-functional teams in a way that is informative and considerate to conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an articulate and friendly approach.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in written and oral communications.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and design techniques, including the use of modelling and collaborative tools.
  • An understanding of the utilities landscape within Alberta.
  • An understanding of customer experience methodologies and those related to the customer journey mapping process.
