Labourer (French Creek, BC)

The Labourer is required to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial construction projects and to operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
• Minimum of 1 year previous construction labour experience preferred
• Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
• Current fall pro ewp and a zoom boom ticket preferred
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR preferred
• SiteReadyBC required. If you do not have this training it can be made available.
• Experience with Peri formwork an asset
• Valid Drivers License and clean abstract preferred
• Out of town work may be required. Work in all weather conditions.
• As the last step in the recruitment process selected candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment physical testing screen to assess their ability to perform the essential functions of the job. This step ensures a safe and effective work environment for all employees.
