We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team. This role is suited for a professional with proven communication and technical skills, with opportunities to travel and work from India. The CRC Senior Manager will support audit business units and the CRC Champions network D&A Center with monthly reporting and budget modeling to help manage CRC objectives and KPIs. A key role involves providing support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams to leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence effectively.

What You Will Do

Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence with the CRC national management and CDST teams.
• Support audit engagement teams in leveraging the CRC D&A Center during audits.
• Assist in overseeing the Quality (QMCI) team in India, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for high-quality audit deliverables.
• Create training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for the internal CRC portal.
• Utilize firm processes and programs to support the business.

This position requires fluency in English for communication and documentation purposes. The successful candidate will support employees across Canada and create guidance in English.

Compensation

The salary range is $86,000 to $150,000, potentially with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
