About the Role: Financial Review Manager – LatAm

As a Financial Review Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial assessments of carrier performance and ensuring compliance.
• Managing financial risk mitigation strategies to enhance customer experience and protect Amazon’s brand.
• Collaborating with legal, finance, technology, and human resource teams to implement best-in-class financial review solutions.
• Providing consultative support to carriers, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
• Monitoring data analytics and financial trends, delivering detailed reports to leadership teams.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Requirements / Skills

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or governance.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Professional auditing or risk/compliance certification.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
