Our client is a leader in their space for projects around North America.

They are looking for an Estimator to join their team on-site to oversee construction project opportunities for the company. The role will complete project estimates, budget development and work with all bid processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all bids meet tender requirements and company policies.
• Serve as main contact with customers on pre-order project matters.
• Prepare and submit bid documents per contract specifications.
• Manage contract scope, track bid changes, and update addenda.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating major issues to management.
• Collaborate with Finance to update cost data and improve margins.
• Other as required.

Requirements:

• Post secondary in a related field - engineering or construction project management or similar
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction estimation 3-6 years
• Experience with system software - CAD, Excel and related

Compensation - open to discussion based on experience level.
