Raffle System Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts, strengthen the brand, and drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns and strategies.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Raffle System Inc. as an industry leader. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution to enhance brand awareness, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy for the product.
Identify and target new customer segments to support business growth.
Develop and implement retention strategies to deepen customer relationships, improve loyalty, and drive repeat business.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure the maximum return on investment.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.

Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Brand Development

Strengthen brand positioning to differentiate Raffle System Inc. in the competitive landscape.

Ensure brand consistency in all communications, both internal and external.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.

Leverage analytics tools to measure ROI, customer behavior, and market trends to inform decision-making.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop insights to refine product positioning and market entry strategies.

Partnerships & Collaboration

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven success in driving growth for a SaaS platform or technology-driven company

Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, including analytics platforms.

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
