Position Title :   International Agent Management Systems Coordinator

Status : Full Time Support Staff

Hours :   37.5 hours per week

Faculty / Department : International

Campus / Location : North Campus

Salary : FT Support Payband H (Start $36.29 – Max $42.13)

About the International Agent Management Systems Coordinator Role :

The International Agent Management Systems Coordinator, reporting to the Associate Director, International Operations, will administrate the system used to manage our International agent partnerships. The incumbent will be the main point of contact for hundreds of current & prospective agents, providing technical support & information about their partnership with Humber.

The incumbent will coordinate the completion of agent contractual agreements, their renewals and cancellations. The incumbent is the administrator for the CRM system that will manage these agent partnerships & contracts. The incumbent designs and updates complex workflows in this system to automate personalized templates sent to each agent with information specific to their agreement.

The incumbent will work with the recruitment managers and associate directors to support agent operations in these additional ways :

  • Tracking and monitoring inventory levels of promotional materials & coordinating shipment of those materials both locally & globally
  • Provide expert advice regarding international admissions, international web application information, Humber-wide events and services, academic policy, college policy and processes to international students, agents, and third-party representatives
  • Organize on-campus international activities supporting visiting delegations

The incumbent at times may deal with sensitive and highly confidential information and communicate directly with the public, agents, applicants, registered students, faculty, and college administrators.

Education

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a four year degree in Public Relations, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Experience / Skills

The successful candidate will have minimum of two years of experience in :

  • Practical experience collaborating with International agents in a post-secondary environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge as admin of CRM system
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver an exceptional level of service via phone, email or in person, with excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills
  • Practical experience in a complex, fast-paced, diverse service environment that involves cross-cultural sensitive information, financial transactions, tracking, and inquiry management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex policies and procedures concisely and effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for managing stored files & sharing content with the team in an organized manner.
  • Fluency in a second language other than English is strongly preferred. Languages considered valuable to this position are Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese.
