Summary :
Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, a Receiving Outfitter is responsible for backend operations including receiving, warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, stocking and maintenance / housekeeping departments
Responsibilities :
- Systematically receive ’s that come into the building
- Physical count of all packages coming into the building and verify count with packing slip
- Conduct stocking activities from back room to sales floor
- Perform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging of newly arriving Cabela’s Canada product
- Conduct general replenishment of all departments including facing, hanging merchandise
- Conduct floor checks including cleaning, updates to pricing and signage, inventory, verification of min / max settings, ensuring that shelves are full and that security tags are in place
- Assist with merchandise purges when necessary
