Adecco is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clients dynamic team in Vancouver, BC. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80k-$100k per annum, based on experience.
As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with Gastroenterologists to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment strategies for patients.
You will also provide crucial support to multi-disciplinary clinics, educate patients and caregivers, administer therapies, and participate in research and continuous education activities.
Pay Rate : $80k-$100k / year.
Location : Vancouver, BC
Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Gastroenterologists to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment strategies.
Assist with initial consultations and conduct follow-up appointments with physicians.
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers about various aspects of gastrointestinal diseases.
Support multi-disciplinary clinics such as nutrition, colorectal surgery, and pregnancy.
Provide treatment recommendations and advice to patients.
Facilitate access to urgent care and communicate patient status to the healthcare team.
Administer biological therapies and teach patients self-injection and management at home.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of clinic records.
Participate in research, continuous education, and academic meetings.
Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Registered Nurse with BCCNP registration.
Minimum 3 years of RN experience, preferably in hospital / clinical / research settings.
BSN and BSL qualifications required.
Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations.
Dedication to ongoing learning and continuing education.
Team player with a desire to grow and develop.
IV and Phlebotomy certification is an asset.
Experience in gastroenterology is an asset.
