Job Description

General duties include but are not limited to :

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting – interior and exterior
• Tile installing and repair
• Concrete and paving work
• Operation of company vehicles on company property and public roadways (including snow plows)
• Operation of heavy equipment including backhoe, end loader and plow trucks
• Spot, MIG and / or TIG welding to repair and maintain equipment and structures as needed
• Diagnose and repair maintenance equipment and facility mechanicals on as needed basis
• Walk long distances as needed to address maintenance issues
• Operate, lift, transport and distribute supplies such as snow blowers, salt bags, shop vacs, fertilizer, etc.
• Potential aerial work with lifts and cranes at heights up to 150 feet.
