Must Haves :
- 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing new recruitment and retention strategies
- 10+ years of experience within Government or other Public Sectors ( healthcare preferred)
- 5+ years of experience leading teams through organization human resource changes
- 3+ years of experience working with labour union stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience working with indigenous stakeholders
Nice to Have :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Leadership or related field.
