The successful Product Development / Design Engineer, will join a team of dedicated engineers with the goal of pushing the edge of what is possible with professional audio products. Success in this role requires a strong interest in product design, acoustics, physics, design for manufacture and the drive to perform in a competitive industry.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Product Development

• Design and prototype mechanical components, enclosures, rigging systems, and integration hardware for new and existing products.
• Actively contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, supporting cross-functional teams through all phases from design validation to production launch.
• Support product design and development with emphasis on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to ensure seamless transition from concept to scalable production.
• Participate in design reviews and failure analysis, using tools such as FEA and root cause analysis to ensure structural integrity under rigging, vibration, and environmental stresses.
• Maintain organized design documentation, revision control, and contribute to the development of internal best practices for mechanical design and product lifecycle management.
• Ensure all designs meet applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., CE, RoHS, rigging certifications).
