Were looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and leadershipsomeone who brings vision initiative and a clear plan for how to grow operations strengthen processes and better support the team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who knows what theyre doing takes ownership and drives sales-focused results.

Compensation & Relocation

  • Wage : Commensurate with experience leadership capability and results
  • Relocation Assistance : May be available for the right candidate

What Youll Do :

Were looking for a leader who :

  • Owns the sales process end-to-end and drives consistent sales-focused results
  • Leads coaches and develops a high-performing sales team
  • Brings a clear vision for improving performance processes and team engagement
  • Creates momentum on the sales floor and holds the team accountable to results
  • Partners cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer-first dealership experience
  • Uses data insight and experience to make smart timely decisions
  • This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to doits for someone who sees opportunity and acts on it.

  • Proven success in automotive sales leadership or management
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to coach and influence performance
  • A mindset rooted in initiative accountability and ownership
  • Experience improving operations processes or team effectiveness
  • A results-driven customer-focused approach
  • Comfort using data and reporting tools to guide decisions
