Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Level II or III

We are looking for a passionate individual excited about joining our team as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Level II or Level III. Either operator level will be accepted for this application.
Nature and Scope of Work
Under the direction of the Chief Operator / Manager, the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator III is responsible for the daily on-site operation and routine maintenance of the wastewater treatment facilities – a suspended and fixed growth tertiary treatment plant with biological and / or chemical phosphorus removal, disinfection, auto thermophilic aerobic digester, outfall, bio‑solids, filtration, odour control and related appurtenances [water pollution control centre] and related wastewater collection components [liftstations]. The Operator III is responsible for maximizing the performance of the pollution control facilities and minimizing safety and health risks and environmental concerns.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator II assists with the daily operation and routine maintenance of the wastewater treatment facilities – a suspended and fixed growth tertiary treatment plant with biological and / or chemical phosphorus removal, disinfection, auto thermophilic aerobic digester, outfall, bio‑solids, filtration, odour control and related appurtenances [water pollution control centre] and related wastewater collection components [liftstations]. The Operator II is responsible for reporting to the senior operator problems related to the performance of the pollution control facilities to ensure all safety and health risks are minimized and environmental concerns are reported.
