Nanny Wanted - House Manager Needed

We are a busy household with three independent and energetic boys (ages 8, 10, and 12) looking for a part-time House Manager / Nanny who can bring structure, warmth, and dependability into our home.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety—helping manage sports drop-offs, keeping the home clean and running smoothly, and preparing simple, nutritious meals. While our boys are fairly self-sufficient, we value someone who can build a strong rapport with them, help guide their routines, and hold them accountable for their responsibilities—with patience and a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

House Manager services include the following :

• Supervise and care for three boys outside of school hours (Ages 8, 10, 12)
• Assist in transporting children to and from extra-curricular activities (when required)
• Assist children with homework when required
• Plan and prepare meals, prep lunch kits during the week
• Execute on housekeeping duties to include, but not limited to, weekly cleaning of bathrooms, laundry, vacuuming, washing floors and dusting

Note : Household has an indoor cat and an outside dog.

Work Schedule, Vacation Days & Location

This role is a part-time role, averaging 20 hours per week. Daily schedule can be flexible and to be discussed.

Work hours may fluctuate. The work week is confirmed each Sunday.

Vacation Days

Vacation Days – It is important that time off be taken at times reasonable for each party and notice be given. Typically, there is a week at the end of July or start of August and the week between Christmas and New Years that are not available for work.

Location & Vehicle Use

Location is outside of city limits. We are located on an acreage at Cathedral Bluffs. Candidate must have reliable vehicle that can transport three kids as required – no car seats necessary.

Compensation & Expenses

You will be compensated by way of hourly wage. This wage will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work :

Wages will be paid in two-week intervals and will have all applicable federal and provincial deductions removed.
