Job description

Job Title : Parts Representative

Industry : Dealer for material handling and construction equipment

Location : Dorval

Our client in Dorval is an authorized dealer for Materials Handling Heavy Machinery (construction machines, forklifts, etc).

Looking for a parts representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Road and Shop Technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying Parts in Catalog
  • Competing Data Entry related to work orders for fulfillment of all parts
  • Ability to utilize our computer information technology system
  • Shipping and Receiving of parts in and out of the building
  • Housekeeping, ensuring Parts department is in order
  • Clerical duties such as filing
  • Qualifications

  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Automotive and / or Forklift industry experience is an asset
  • Organized
  • Multi-task
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Team Player
  • Willing to learn
