Responsibilities :
- Reconcile monthly credit card transactions and assist cardholders with inquiries.
- Reconcile monthly outofpocket transactions and prepare employee payouts.
- Create accounts payable payment journals for EFT processing and assist with payment vouchers.
- Review payment requests from internal teams.
- Set up new vendor accounts in the ERP system.
- Provide support and training for accounting systems.
- Update the daily cashbook and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports.
- Prepare monthly cash balance and credit card advance payment reports.
- Manage recurring office and general expenses.
- Handle cheque deposits and assist with accounts receivable.
- Assist with filing annual provincial information returns.
- Support ad hoc projects for stakeholders.
Qualifications :
at least 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping experience
