Position Overview

As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish wooden stair components. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that all parts meet precise specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain CNC routers to manufacture stair components according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
  • Load materials, set tool paths, and run machine programs using G-code.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet design standards.
  • Collaborate with production staff to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience operating CNC routers (experience in stair manufacturing is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operations.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
