Receptionist

Our client in Edmonton is seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis. If you're organized, friendly, and great at multitasking, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do :

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Greet and assist scheduled visitors and vendors.
• Accept and direct deliveries.
• Manage sign-ins and issue visitor badges.
• Monitor email inboxes, forward invoices and internal memos.
• Schedule meetings and help with calendar coordination.
• Sort mail and organize documents.
• Verify invoices for Accounts Payable.
• Order office supplies and oversee equipment.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested.
