Receptionist

Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. As the first point of contact, you will support daily operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive approach to supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors while ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering calls promptly and directing them appropriately.
• Maintain and organize files, documentation, and perform accurate data entry.
• Handle email correspondence efficiently, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, keeping calendars up to date.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area while supporting team members as required.
