The team is known for being hands‑on, responsive, andmitted to creating safe, efficient, and appealing shopping environments for tenants and visitors. You’ll report directly to a Senior Property Manager who valuesmunication, accountability, and operational excellence. Your New Role As the Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily physical operations of a retail property, ensuring the building systems, service contracts, and onsite activities all run smoothly. Your work directly impacts tenant satisfaction, customer experience, and the long‑term performance of the asset.Your responsibilities will include :

• Monitoring and maintaining mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life‑safety systems
• Conducting regular property and equipment inspections, with a focus on high‑traffic retail environments
• Managing preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Supervising third‑party vendors, including cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, and security
• Coordinating tenant and landlord work, ensuringpliance with building codes
• Supporting repairs, obtaining quotes, and assisting with capital project planning
• Handling operational issues, responding to emergencies, and participating in on‑call coverage
• Assisting with monthly reporting, budgeting, and health and safetypliance
