Description

As a Supervisor, you are an enthusiastic leader whom motivates team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every visit, by leading by example.

You create, build and maintain positive relationships with a team of diverse members.

As a passionate leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure that high standards of guest service, quality, accuracy and cleanliness are achieved and maintained.

After learning Tim Hortons standards, you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Management Team and Owner in the day-to-day operations.

You thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!

Your 1 -3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
