This senior leadership role blends client strategy delivery oversight and business development. Key Responsibilities :
Client & Leadership
- Serve as the primary lead for a portfolio of government non-profit and business clients
- Understand client goals and design practical strategies to help them succeed
- Lead discovery sessions workshops and planning processes
- Anticipate challenges manage shifting needs and ensure client satisfaction
Project Oversight & Delivery
Partner with Project Managers to scope plan and execute projectsEnsure delivery is on time on budget and aligned with client goalsTrack project profitability resource allocation and performance metricsAddress roadblocks and make course corrections quicklyReview and refine deliverables to meet quality standardsBusiness Development & Growth
Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with Forward Creatives strengthsContribute to proposals pricing and client presentationsBuild and maintain a strong network across key sectors and regionsRepresent Forward Creative externally at meetings events and panelsTeam Leadership & Mentorship
Provide guidance and support to project teams across disciplinesMentor staff in project delivery problem-solving and client engagementPromote a positive inclusive and accountable team cultureContribute to internal process improvements and agency developmentYour Skills & Experience :
