Role Overview

As the Brand Manager at GoodMorning.com, you are entrusted with the strategic vision and execution for our digital consumer brands, leading through innovation and establishing market dominance.

Your role is a critical intersection of creative strategy and rigorous product management, overseeing the development and continuous enhancement of our product portfolio to meet and exceed consumer expectations.

You are the driving force behind brand growth, leveraging digital innovation to challenge market norms and deliver exceptional value.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and execute dynamic brand strategies to disrupt established markets, leveraging digital innovations for competitive edge.
  • Lead the oversight, development, and iteration of a comprehensive product catalog, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demands.
  • Articulate compelling business cases for internal investment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring brand and product visions to fruition.
  • Establish and evolve impactful brand identities in partnership with our Creative team, while guiding cross-functional teams towards cohesive brand launches and growth.
  • Manage brand financial performance, including profit and loss responsibilities, utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making and brand expansion.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and agility, responding swiftly to market trends and opportunities to ensure continuous brand relevance and growth.
  • Lead a high-performing brand management team, promoting a culture of critical thinking, agility, and continuous improvement, while fostering talent development.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging trends that could impact brand strategy.
  • Engage and grow the brand's customer base through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, fostering deep brand loyalty and customer advocacy.
  • Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate eco-friendly practices and products into the brand portfolio, aligning with consumer expectations and company values.
  • Act as a brand advocate, representing and promoting the brand's values and mission in public forums, industry events, and across digital platforms.

Our ideal candidate

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand, Category, or Product Management, preferably in digital-first or consumer-focused industries.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive towards unified visions and objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking, especially in market analysis, brand strategy, and product management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

Skills to have

  • In-depth knowledge of brand strategy and digital marketing, with a strong focus on consumer engagement and market trends.
  • Proficient in managing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market leadership, prioritizing customer needs and feedback.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, adept at nurturing talent and promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.
