This position is for a Health Care Aide to work in an inclusive-based classroom with a student with complex medical needs.
The HCA would also work as an EA within the classroom.Education assistants within Red Deer Catholic Schools operate in both support and response models.
The support and response models are a team approach to meeting the needs of our students. Educational Assistant teams are created within the support model, to support the cognitive, communication, medical, academic, and social-emotional needs of our students.
