Job title : Engineering Manager (Mechanical Design) —Lead, Develop, and Elevate a High-Performance Design Team

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is ready tostep out of day-to-day design work and into a full leadership role withinPack-Smart’s mechanical engineering department. This position is ideal for asenior mechanical designer with extensive automation experience who now wantsto lead people, guide technical direction, and elevate engineeringexcellence across the organization.

In this role, you will oversee the full mechanical designfunction—from technical planning and resource management to coaching designers,improving processes, and ensuring that our equipment meets Pack-Smart’sstandards of innovation, speed, and precision. You will partner withcross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and create an environment whereengineers can perform at their highest level.

• Lead,mentor, and coach a team of mechanical design engineers (junior, intermediate,senior, etc).
• Conductregular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and provide career developmentguidance.
• Build ahigh-performance team culture centered on accountability, learning, andcontinuous improvement.
• Supporthiring, onboarding, and talent development for the mechanical engineeringdepartment.
