As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-disciplinary teams that specialize in designing, developing, and manufacturing novel, state-of-the-art optical and scientific instruments for military, government, and commercial space applications, including Earth observation, atmospheric monitoring, space situational awareness, maritime traffic monitoring, and optical communications. You will foster collaboration, ensure effective project coordination, and monitor project progress to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards, delivering high‑quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
