Guardteck Security is a leading provider of private security services committed to ensuring the safety and security of our clients through advanced monitoring and rapid response solutions.
As the Dispatch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all activities within our control room. You will be responsible for managing a team of dispatchers and ensuring efficient deployment of security personnel to incidents reported by our clients while providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision and Leadership : Lead a team of dispatchers, ensuring they adhere to operational procedures and deliver exceptional service.
- Incident Management : Monitor incoming reports of security incidents, alarms, and emergencies; prioritize and dispatch resources accordingly.
- Resource Allocation : Coordinate the deployment of security officers and response units based on incident severity, location, and available resources.
- Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with field personnel, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and resolution of incidents.
- Technology Utilization : Utilize advanced security monitoring systems and software to track incidents, manage alarms, and support decision-making processes.
- Training and Development : Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to dispatch team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the security industry, with proven experience in dispatch operations and incident management.Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively under pressure.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Problem-Solving Ability : Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess situations quickly and implement effective solutions.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with security monitoring systems, CCTV, and other relevant technologies used in control room operations.Availability : Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to oversee 24 / 7 operations.
Base salary will range between $70, - $80,.
