Senior Designer Developer (PL697)

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Designer / Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and APIs . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure technologies , including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Functions, Azure Repos, Blob Storage, and SQL . This role involves troubleshooting data flow issues, making API adjustments (with some exposure to C# ), and ensuring seamless data integration between source systems and machine learning pipelines . Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement data pipelines connecting source systems to ML models .

Work on API adjustments , ensuring smooth data exchange between systems ( experience with C# APIs is a plus ).

Troubleshoot data flow issues and optimize system performance.

Develop and maintain solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Functions, and Blob Storage .

Manage source control and collaboration using Azure Repos .

Design, implement, and optimize SQL databases to support data-driven applications.

Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient deployment of models and services.

Ensure best practices in software design , security, and performance optimization.

5+ years of experience in software development and system design .

Strong hands-on experience with Azure technologies , including ADF, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Azure Repos, and SQL .

Proven experience in API development and troubleshooting , preferably with some C# exposure.

Expertise in data pipeline design and integration between multiple systems.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for troubleshooting complex issues.

Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Azure Machine Learning (ML) services .

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines for automating deployments.

Familiarity with big data technologies such as Databricks or Synapse Analytics .
