We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for the beverage industry and a strong background in consumer packaged goods (CPG). This role is ideal for a creative who combines marketing expertise with hands-on design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite. You will lead brand-building initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive market share and consumer engagement.
You should have the following in background to apply :
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and experiential channels to promote beverage products and grow brand awareness.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation through to performance analysis.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to create compelling visual assets for packaging, social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across digital platforms including social media, website, and e-commerce channels.
- Oversee marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts.
- Track campaign performance metrics, report ROI, and continuously optimize for improved results.
- Lead trade marketing efforts, including point-of-sale displays, event sponsorships, and promotional materials.
You should have the following in your background :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5+ years of progressive marketing experience in the consumer packaged goods industry; beverage experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); strong visual and graphic design skills are a must.Solid understanding of branding, product positioning, and consumer behavior.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms) is a plus.This role pays a salary in a range of $75k-$90k depending on background and experience plus bonuses and incentives. The position is 100% on-site in a location in the Kootenay region of British Columbia.
