Plant Trainer Student

Job Summary

The Plant Trainer Student will be responsible for collaborating with the Training Specialist to optimize our processes and workflows and will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations

Principle Accountabilities

Writing SOPs on critical tasks, new equipment

Support training and knowledge transfer from subject matter expert

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

An active student with Education or technical studies.

Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams

Diligent with a focus on accuracy and quality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction

Understanding and following the workplace health and safety rules and regulations
