Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, Customer Experience and Purchasing, you will play a key role in optimizing our purchasing. Your primary mission : to ensure quality, on-time delivery and cost control for our procurement. You will plan, organize and improve the activities of the purchasing department, while collaborating with a dynamic team.

In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time

  • Negotiate and manage strategic agreements with suppliers to ensure reliable, efficient and cost-effective supply.
  • Adjust and prepare purchase orders according to production needs.
  • Analyze and manage inventories to optimize costs and lead times.
  • Monitor deliveries and manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate in the evaluation of material and subcontracting prices for new customer projects, in order to identify the most advantageous offer.
  • Develop and evaluate new sources of supply, while keeping abreast of market trends.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose process improvements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and adjust strategies in the event of deviations (costs, lead times, quality).
  • Update and analyze departmental performance indicators.
