Job description

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to environmental causes, bringing enthusiasm to their role as an effective and personable relationship builder. With 10+ years of proven experience leading a fundraising team, they bring proven experience cultivating and closing large, transformational gifts independently, and have successfully managing relationships over time with major donors and volunteers. They should be eager to develop new networks, identifying new opportunities, and adaptable in understanding both the business landscape and the affluent communities they will engage with. Experience in fundraising across social justice, health, or environmental sectors is highly valued. This individual will possess the drive, resilience, and strategic mindset to manage ambiguity, quickly synthesize information and create actionable plans, even in early stages. A visionary and a builder, they should have a proven ability to grow initiatives from the ground up.
