Job description

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a contract based Power Platform / D365 consultant.

Hybrid 1d / week Toronto

Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities :

  • D365 : Configure and optimize D365 Customer Journeys to enhance customer engagement and communication workflows. Build and support Case Management systems in D365, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Customize and extend D365 model-driven apps to meet specific business requirements.
  • PowerApps Development : Build, customize, and configure Model-Driven Apps using PowerApps. Manage PowerApps administration tasks, including security configurations and ongoing maintenance.
  • Data Management : Design Dataverse relational models and manage database structures. Lead data migration and integration efforts using APIs or appropriate tools.
  • Workflow Automation : Develop and implement Power Automate flows for streamlined business processes. Manage system integration using APIs and other relevant tools.
  • Reporting and Visualization : Create Power BI reports to visualize and interpret data effectively. Ensure adherence to best practices for data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
  • Platform Administration (Nice to Have) : Manage the Power Platform application lifecycle, including deployment processes. Utilize general knowledge of SharePoint and other M365 apps for integration.
  • Project Implementation and Support : Participate in end-to-end project implementation, ensuring successful delivery. Provide technical support, create documentation, and troubleshoot solutions as needed.
  • M365 Integration : Leverage SharePoint for document management and as a data source for Power Platform solutions. Administer Teams, Office apps, and Forms to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in PowerApps development, including Model-Driven Apps customization and configuration.
  • Proven experience supporting D365 Customer Journeys and Case Management configurations.
  • Strong Dataverse modeling skills and a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Expertise in Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
  • Data migration and integration experience using APIs or relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with M365 apps, including SharePoint, Teams, and Forms.
  • Preferred : Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400).
