Job Description
A Shift Manager position at McDonald's offers a wide variety of responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen support tasks
• Ensure fast and efficient production
• Control waste and losses
• Monitor employee break schedules
• Prepare food and various products
• Stock workstations
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area
• Ensure hygiene standards are met
• Train new employees
• Perform workstation control checklists
• Count cash drawers
• Set shift management priorities
• Create floor positioning plans
• Fill out operational control tracking sheets

Salary: Starting at $18.00 / hour varies based on experience up to $20.00 / hour
Work Schedule: Day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends
Start Date: As soon as possible
Type: Full-time and part-time
Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of significant experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants
• Completed high school diploma
