Overview :

We're looking for someone with a knack for finance and a proactive attitude to join our finance team. Ideal candidates are deep into their graduate studies in finance or accounting or come with over three years of experience, especially in invoicing and software implementation.

In this role, you’ll be key to improving our financial operations, managing invoices, leading new software implementation, and tackling any related questions with accuracy and speed.

What You'll Do :

  • Create accurate and timely invoices for everyone at Vosyn and make sure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Lead the way in choosing, setting up, and training staff on new invoicing software that fits our financial and operational needs.
  • Be the go-to person for any questions about invoices or shares, solving problems quickly to keep our finances running smoothly.
  • Take charge of the organization’s spending and bookkeeping to ensure our financial records are clear and correct.
  • Work closely with legal advisors and our founders when it comes to invoice and share details, giving them transparent and well-informed advice.
  • Put in place and follow invoicing procedures to make sure everything is consistent and correct.
  • Keep track of invoices from start to finish, including approving them, looking into any delays, and handling client questions or problems.
  • Manage invoicing data, maintain our databases, and take care of uploading and storing invoice information and contracts.
  • Check tax information and help with any invoices that are overdue or have been rejected.

What You Should Bring :

You’re either working towards or have finished a graduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related area, or you have at least three years of relevant finance experience.

Recent graduates with a year of experience are also welcome.

  • You have a solid understanding of financial processes, especially invoicing, and can handle complex financial tasks.
  • You’re great at solving problems, communicating clearly, and managing projects.
  • You’re ready to take the lead on projects, can work well in a changing environment, and enjoy being part of a team.
  • You’re skilled in using invoicing software like FreshBooks and Wave, know your way around accounting databases, and are comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.
