As part of the expansion of our recruitment team, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Expert to support the talent needs of our private sector clients —ranging from large enterprises to fast-growing startups. You'll play a key role in identifying top IT talent while supporting the growth and excellence of our recruitment practice.
Main Responsibilities
✅ Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles
Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offerPartner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored recruitment strategiesConduct structured interviews and assess both technical and cultural fitDeliver a smooth, professional, and human-centered candidate experience✅ Talent sourcing & market engagement
Source and attract top IT candidates using various tools, platforms, and proactive strategiesMaintain an organized and up-to-date candidate databaseShare best practices with peers to elevate the team’s effectivenessRepresent Exposant 3 professionally in interactions with both clients and candidates✅ Mentorship & process improvement
Onboard and guide junior recruiters when neededHelp optimize our recruitment processes and contribute to knowledge sharingParticipate in the evolution of our internal practices and toolsProfile Sought

Skills & Requirements4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, etc.)Experience working with private sector clients (corporate, SMEs, or startups)Excellent knowledge of IT profiles and tech terminologyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFrench is a strong asset, but not required????
